Rebecca Park
Collaborative Pianist, Chorale
Rebecca Park earned her bachelor’s degree in music education from the University of Michigan-Flint, during which time she had the pleasure of collaborating with Kelli at Three Fires Middle School. She then taught elementary music at Vance Providence Elementary School and St. James Gaillard Elementary School in South Carolina for three years. In 2013 she returned to the University of Michigan as a studio accompanist, collaborating with both vocalists and instrumentalists as needed in lessons, recitals, and other special performance opportunities. She has been playing in churches on organ, piano, and keyboard for over 20 years, as well as serving as a staff singer and section leader. In 2016 she continued her education as a graduate assistant at Eastern Michigan University, completing a Master’s degree in collaborative piano. She was the EMU choir’s collaborative pianist, as well as singer and organist. She is currently working at Novi High School as pianist for their excellent choral program, and is also the staff organist at Saint Michael’s in the Hills Episcopal Church in Ottawa Hills, OH. This year she is also collaborating with the Sistrum Women’s Chorus in Lansing, MI. She is very pleased to be collaborating with Kelli again, and with Mary for the first time.

Founded in 1991, the Livingston County Chorale has established as its mission to enrich the lives of area residents through varied, enjoyable choral performances; to fulfill the musical needs of singers interested in high quality choral music; to provide educational and outreach opportunities in vocal music; and to provide an opportunity for the community to support cultural activities.
