Bailey Shepherd

Choirs: Women’s Chorus, Ladies First

Bailey Shepherd is a 2018 graduate of Michigan State University with a bachelor’s degree in Music Education. She studied voice privately at Michigan State with Professor Jane Bunnell.

As a performer, Bailey has been able to sing with many ensembles, and even travelled to the University of Jacksonville in Florida to perform “Mean Time Between Failure” by Sarah Palermo at Electroacoustic Barn Dance 2018.

​Most recently, Bailey has joined Hartland Consolidated Schools as their High School Director of Choirs. She teaches three sections of choir to her amazing singers! She also serves as the assistant conductor to the Livingston County Women’s Chorus.

Ms. Shepherd is an active member of the Michigan School Vocal Music Association. She has an enthusiasm for vocal health and technique. More than anything else, Bailey loves making music with her students and helping them discover and develop a passion for the arts.
